Nexora is a comfort brand. We make products for the hours you spend sitting, resting and sleeping, starting with the Nexora Heated Eye Massager, with more products on the way.
How we work
- We choose from many sources. Nexora works with a wide network of factories and suppliers, so we can pick the product that really feels right.
- We test before we sell. Every product starts as a physical sample that we use ourselves and give to other people to try. We check it in depth, and if it doesn't pass, it doesn't go on the store.
- We only claim what we can back up. Every feature on a product page comes from the product itself, not from marketing words.
- We tell you where it comes from. Our products are made in China and ship from our warehouse there. That's how we keep prices fair.
Shipping
Shipping is free and tracked, and every order ships within 48 hours. After shipping, delivery takes 3–5 business days in the United States and within 10 business days in Israel.
Returns
Every order comes with 30-day returns. If you change your mind, you can return the item unused within 30 days of delivery; return shipping to our warehouse is paid by the customer. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and video, and we'll send you a free replacement.
