Track Your Order
When your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Every order ships within 48 hours. After shipping, delivery takes 3–5 business days in the United States and within 10 business days in Israel. Tracking can take 1–2 days to show its first update.
Option 1: Your shipping email
Open the shipping confirmation email from Nexora and click Track your order. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find it.
Option 2: Your Nexora account
Sign in with the email address you used at checkout. We send you a one-time code, no password needed. Open your order to see its status and tracking.
Option 3: Any tracking site
Copy the tracking number from your shipping email and paste it at 17track.net.
