HOW TO USE IT
Simple from the first day.
Step 1: Charge both controllers fully with USB-C before the first use.
Step 2: Sit or lie down with your legs straight, and zip each leg into a boot.
Step 3: Click a controller onto each boot, then choose the mode, pressure and time. Start low, around 80 mmHg.
Step 4: Relax and let the boots do the work. They stop when the timer ends.
