Simple from the first day.
Step 1: Charge all three fully before the first use.
Step 2: Neck: place the neck massager on the back of your neck and choose heat, mode and level with the remote. Start at a low level.
Step 3: Scalp: move the scalp massager slowly over your scalp, on dry hair. It switches off after 10 minutes.
Step 4: Eyes: put on the eye massager, lean back and press M to choose a mode. Pair your phone if you want music. One session is 15 minutes.
