Simple from the first day.
Step 1: Charge it fully before the first use.
Step 2: Wrap it around your wrist with the power button facing up, and close the strap so it sits snug, not tight.
Step 3: Turn it on and choose the air pressure, heat and vibration levels. Double tap the power button for EMS. Start low.
Step 4: Relax. The 15-minute timer ends the session.
