HOW TO USE IT
Simple from the first day.
Step 1: Charge it fully before the first use.
Step 2: Click the magnetic controller onto the pad.
Step 3: Wrap the pad around your knee and close the strap. Snug, not tight.
Step 4: Start at the lowest heat level, and add vibration if you like. Raise the heat step by step. At the highest level, use it over thin clothing, not on bare skin for a long time.
