HOW TO USE IT
Simple from the first day.
Step 1: Charge all three fully before the first use.
Step 2: Ankles: click a magnetic controller onto each wrap, then wrap one around each ankle, snug but not tight. Start at 40°C and add vibration if you like. Each one stops by itself after 15 minutes.
Step 3: Knee: click the magnetic controller onto the wrap, wrap it around your knee and close the strap. Start at the lowest heat level (40°C) and add vibration if you like. The 15-minute timer ends the session.
