HOW TO USE IT
Simple from the first day.
Step 1: Charge it fully before the first use.
Step 2: Click the magnetic controller onto the wrap.
Step 3: Put the wrap around your ankle. Snug, not tight.
Step 4: Start at 40°C, and add vibration if you like. Raise the heat step by step. At 60°C, use it over a thin sock, not on bare skin for a long time.
